I hate it when people makes promises and commitments without checking first whether they are able to fulfill it or not. I hate it more especially if that f**king promises and commitments is causing me having to clear the sh*t for them.
I have a customer calling in from Bangkok, he flew in all the way from Maldives after being assured by the email support guy that he can have his desktop serviced in Thailand. Yes, we sell our products in Thailand, but did the email guy bother to check what models are supported in Thailand? Oh yes…. but did he know whether that particular model of desktop is supported in Thailand or not? I seriously doubt so, since he emailed to customer saying that he can have service there, that hence my cause of headache yesterday, and my reason for not being able to blog properly.Been chasing up and down yesterday for the solution to customer. Luckily the customer is patient, and he’s willing to pay for courier to Singapore for service and back to Bangkok after service – the repair cost would be borne by the company. Very less nowadays that we see that customers are willing to do what we wanted them to do 
That case is settled, at least for now. Wait till everything is done – repairing and customer got the system back – and the email support guys’ asses are mine…….. gonna screw them up and down till they feel that they are not worthy living in this planet, thus commiting suicide to end their own suffering.

still in the middle of the repair… i will after everything is done, cust got the system back and happy…
then i'll screw their asses…… i'll take ur suggestions to shove it with durians…
