   I seriously think that excelling in academics doesn't justify for her person in life. Just take a look at Wilson's new hire…

   I agree with both of you.

   Results is a way to “sell” yourself, at least the first step.

   Usually, when you want to invest in a person, you don't ask if she's friendly, if she has high EQ…

   The first question you ask if she is smart?
   Then the question of how smart?
   Well 17A1s would certainly be very very smart in that case.

   In the end of the day, it's the excellant results that would get you your scholarship, your job.

   No matter how much people is telling us that extra curricular is important, your personality is important, yadda yadda… But when it comes to practice, they are often too intersted in paper qualification.

   Yadda, in short, to get what you want, you must prove yourself worthwhile by the worldly standard of academic before you are looks at as an individual, not the other way round.
