Shake!

Damn…. I was awaken by my brother shouting “Gempa bumi!” while knocking on our room doors just now at about 12.10am. I was literally shook up from my sleep, feeling that the bed that we slept on was rocking quite hard. God…. the whole house was literally really shaking! I quickly grab my wallet, my phone and my wife's mobile phone, and quickly ushered my wife off the room. The toilet door was literally rocking hard while I was waiting for my wife to grab her stuffs.

Within minutes, we were downstairs waiting with the rest of the other occupants of the apartment block that I'm staying in. Making sure everybody was safe downstairs, was chatting around of what could happened this time – tsunami, another quake – God knows what happened.

1am, I checked the CNN.com WAP site via my phone, found out this breaking news:
Quake strikes off Indonesia Coast.

Anxious to know more as the WAP site only shows the breaking news in a brief way, we waited a while more before finally coming back to our apartment. Checked CNN website and found the link, excerpt of the news as below:

An earthquake measuring a preliminary magnitude of 8.2 struck off the coast of Indonesia Monday — on the same fault line that originated a December 26 earthquake that launched a deadly tsunami.

Shivers….. don't dare to sleep tonite… already packed necessary stuffs in a bag should there's after-quake tremors…would be on guard the whole nite…
