They make it 3

Yesterday was damn busy, doing the mid-year review drafts for my team members. Still, I managed to find time to play and fool around with the team members right before leaving office for home. Was initially thinking to continue the rest of the drafts at home, then I noticed that the PPP light on my router wasn't on. So proceeded to restart my modem and router, and waited – still no PPP light, and this time worst – the modem's DSL lights is blinking!! This is not good…
Tried a few times, thinking that my modem gave up on me. Until the end, I messaged Tai Kar Cheh and another friend of mine – both them also have the same problem. I just gave up and tried again this morning – and it works. Guessed that TMNut managed to make my day again *sigh*

Come to think of it, nothing's interesting happening lately, except for on Wednesday night (yep, Merdeka night) where my wife and myself went out for dinner and proceeded to HSBC in Bayan Baru, where we saw 2 accidents in the same stretch of road, and another while on the way back from Farlim. Yep, you read that right – 3 accidents in one night. First one was right at the T-junction out from Taman Lipsin (from SuperTanker food court), right at the Jalan Yeap Chor Ee-Taman Lipsin junction. Didn't really make out what happened, but saw a Kancil with a girl still inside, with a badly-dent right door, and a Waja on the other side with a badly-damaged front bumper. From the evidents left, my wife and me came to conclusion that the Kancil was crossing the main road (from Taman Lipsin) and was trying to beat the Waja, which was travelling on the main road, thus accident happened. Wifey mentioned that she saw the girl inside the Kancil was still moving, possibly badly hurt. That ought to serve her a good lesson to look at the road properly first before turning into any big, main road. Then, as we passed Vistana Hotel, and noticed that the traffic was slowing down. Initially, I thought there was a lot of cars, and the traffic lights at the junction was slow. Then, only I noticed that there's 3 cars, stopping right in front of the traffic lights, blocking the road. 3 cars, all banged back-to-back. Must be some stupid guy trying to squeeze in to the road where he/she wasn't supposed to do so. I paid no attention to them, and just got passed the cars without any accidents myself as I needed to move away from the lane (i was on the lane where the accident was on) to another lane, and nobody gaves me chance to pass. To heck with them – where's the courtesy of us Malaysians??

That aside, managed to get some money and proceeded to Sunshine Farlim – we have some cash coupons expiring on that day itself, so have to go and utilised it. Nothing significant happening there – proceeded to buy the stuffs that we need and head off as it's already quite late, and it's still drizzling. On the way back, right in front of the Air Itam police station, there's another accident – 3 cars, back-to-back again, this time they were like arguing on stuffs. I don't even know, and don't want to stay around to find out as I don't want to be labelled as “kay-po” and blocking the traffic, so I quickly sped off. Luckily there's no more accidents after that.

I really don't understand some drivers. When it's raining, visibility is poor, and if it's night time, it's worst. Yet, they are still driving as if it's broad, clear daylight. I really don't understand whether these people have ever thought about their loved ones while driving so recklessly *sigh*

Selfish! That's the cause of accident. Simply potong queue, simply sumbat here & there. Speeding & following too close to one's butt, like wanted to smell it & kiss it. Darn stoopid selfish drivers… ahhhh, i feel much better now after letting off stim.

driving is just about getting from point A to point B, right? it is not about being the champion on the road. there are racing track for racing, or Go Cart… which is quite cool.
