I lied.

I said I wanted to start writing everyday, but I didn’t. Damn tired these few days, what with the preparation for the wedding - giving out invites, shopping, it’s coming to that time of the year again. Yep, it’s almost fiscal year end, and it’s performance calibration and review time.

It’s not that I hate doing it - performance review is the time where you can feedback to your underlings of how they have fared throughout the year, and give them performance rating based on how they perform. It’s the paperwork to prepare for the review that’s making me have headaches. I never really like reporting anyway - i think I’m more of a hands-on person.

Anyway, better cut this short. If I go on, I think I’m gonna start bad-mouthing my manager. Don’t get me started on the contribution goes un-credited.
