Pulau Sayak

Went to Pulau Sayak with my wife's colleague during the weekend. Didn't know in the first place that there's such a place in Kedah. Being partly Kedahan (Sg Petani somemore), i'm quite ashamed that I didn't know that Pulau Sayak exist, and it's very nearby Pantai Merdeka.

Basically, what did we do there? Nothing, essentially, than just to laze around and walk around the beach. Literally. When we reached Pulau Sayak, we went to Pantai Merdeka to have lunch. Then have some photos, and back to the chalets (i forgot to take any of the chalet's photos). Then it's our own activity and what did we do? We played UNO. Yes, UNO.
Then later in the day, we adjourned to the beach for some kite-flying activities. Not all fly kites though, as some chooses to just laze around by the beach, walking around while being amazed with some living shells (yours sincerely lah :D). I spent most of my time on the beach snapping photos - composing, experimenting with different angles of shots and modes. No… i'm still using my old faithful Canon A80, which surprisingly serves me very well.

After kite flying, next on the agenda was waiting for sunset. I managed to get some photos, but didn't wait till the sun goes fully down. Hunger captured me and we went to start fire for BBQ session. Cannot wait for the rest of the gang to come back. Had nice BBQ and a lot of fun.

More photos? Head over here. Enjoy!
