I wanna change what I’m doing right now. After some time, whatever that used to rock you might in turn throw the rocks back at you.
Have anybody ever thought of changing anything their doing after they have stabilised in what they’re doing? It’s not necessary only in work life - I’m referring to everything else as well (but definitely not referring to getting a new wife, if that’s what you are thinking ). I’m getting bored with people not supportive of the things that would help energise the people in their daily work. They see the initiatives as a nuisance to the environment - they think that those extra initiatives were taking away way too much productive time. They kept thinking that whatever that was done to energise the people didn’t help much, but costs more to the daily work.
Now, I didn’t even knew why I was here in the place. This was supposed to be something that I’ve been wanting to do since I started working. To help people develop their skills. To help them when they are down. To protect them when they are shot at. But… who’s protecting me in return?

1Your boss. But if that cannot be solved, there’s a quarterly feedback that would bring him hell…
