Get your toll ready for SMART

Was reading The Star earlier and the mainpage headline actually grabs my attention: Smart road to open in March, with a big main picture like this:

Great, i said to myself, this could well end the flash flood stories in Kuala Lumpur once and for all. The tunnel have 3 layers - 2 for cars, and one for flood or storm water.

Also, those who would be using the tunnel would save travelling time to city centre for users of the Sg Besi highway, cutting to just 5 minutes from the existing 30 minutes. How convenient, until our dear Samy Vellu have to say this:
with a very heavy slang
“My ministry will come out with the toll rates in the next 2 weeks to cover the construction costs”

The tunnel would only be ready by earliest March, and they have already talking about toll rates? Our Works Minister definitely know his finances very, very well.
