Sometimes, you’ll get something that you didn’t expect it will come so fast. Like this thing here - i never expected the Income Tax dept to be so efficient to be sending my overpaid tax cheque just barely 2 months after submitting the income tax declaration form.

Anyway, this year i decided to try the e-Filing thingy, and surprised at how easy it is to file my income tax online. All done and dandy, I submitted and here I got my cheque. And I didn’t even have to request anything. Pretty impressive i must say.

Now, what can i do with this extra money? Maybe it’s time for me to pay something else off - San Diego mortgages sounds ok to me.
