Somewhere out of nowhere
Out of nowhere, the coursemate who have never contacted me for like who-knows-since-when decided to give me a call and ask how I do lately. Said that he got the number from another coursemate, which he declined to say is who.
But anyway, let’s just get back to the topic – most of the time someone who have not been calling for the last 3-4 years and suddenly call you out for tea definitely have something in their mind. Especially if they mentioned to word “career” or something like that.
Maybe he’s trying to convince me to get Houston cosmetic surgery? It’s either that, insurance or some kind of MLM business. Never knew for sure. Anyway, just politely said that lately I’m busy and may not be able to meet up. That’ll do just fine
