You guys remember my Thoof post? Something about how Thoof resembles
personalized news and could drive traffic to your blog if the topic’s interesting enough? That Thoof post got 78% ThoofRank factor, shown on it’s ThoofRank badge. Which means, that news must be good enough But then again, which post about ladies don’t attract attention?

Somehow, I kept wondering how the team at Thoof managed to come out with such a name. It must be some how inspired by some kind of sound. Maybe it’s the sound that newspapers make when it hit the ground when delivered by the delivery boy.

Maybe it’s the sound of the newspaper hit a member of Thoof team, that was just set up and still nameless. Since Thoof is about delivering personalized news, what other names could be more appropriate? It’s like hitting the news right smack on your head.

But then again, it’s probably the sound of newspaper hitting somebody’s head, and the person swinging the newspaper was probably the editor of the Thoof team, doing so when he’s not able to get any inspiration to write.

But I’m thinking this way - it’s probably the owner of Thoof, walking to some news store to get newspaper, and walk right thru and knock into a pile of newspapers and dropped them all, causing major “thoof!!!” sound.

Haha… this would make a great Thoof story!
