I have decided to give Streamyx another chance. I called up their technical support to report about my no-connection problem, and 30 minutes later i was informed that they’ll dispatch a technician to look at my exchange port and would give me a call by today.

It’s pretty easy though – i informed them of the troubleshootings that I’ve done (which, I actually did), they escalate to their Level 2 for remote port reset – and when they failed – they create a case and informed that they’ll get the technicians to check up on the exchange port at my end.

Maybe they are not that bad after all. Nope – i can’t be soft – probably the fact that I’m still being transferred around in TMNet (like i’m in some sort of a transfer tank) somehow make me sick. But at least they try to speak to you more gently, and they did sound helpful. Let’s see how this goes.
