Streamyx case# 6338925

I wrote about giving Streamyx another chance just few days back. I’m going to some how chronicle how the report goes to. This time, i actually got a case reference number.

Let’s see – i called them on Monday. Was put on hold and not given a case number due to i wasn’t in front of the computer when i called. Fine. I called again once I got back and this time, i got a case number before i was transferred to their L2 for remote port re-setting.

When that didn’t help, they were saying that they were assigning the case to a local technician which will be checking on the exchange port here locally. Since I didn’t get any calls by the time I got back home, i gave them a call, only to be told that the technician has been onsite since 6pm for my case, and haven’t provide a report yet. I was supposed to get another call at 9pm, but that didn’t happen.

Until now, there’s still nothing – no calls, whatsoever. Why is it harder to get them to call me than to control RC helicopters?
