Streamyx case# 6338925 – Day 3
Was waiting for their technician’s call, again, yesterday, but still nothing. I went for a movie last night, so I didn’t bother to give them a call to check out on the case. Frankly speaking – the call centre people, especially the case owner, could have proactively follow up the issue with me.
And to think back that they actually can view my Internet status from their end makes me wonder why can’t they just proactively update me on what’s happening. If the status is kept in some kind of a cabinet hardware then I probably can understand, but the status is right in front of them.
This morning, the DSL light is still blinking. Let’s see if there’s any different when i got home. Let’s also see if I’m going to get the call from the technician as well.
