Streamyx case# 6338925 – Day 4
Since nobody (again) give me a call yesterday, and my DSL light is still blinking, I have to do the most sensible thing – whack TMNet’s CEO head with Titleist golf club. No – not exactly that – i give them a call to find out what’s still not right.
Apparently, after waiting for like 10 minutes, the agent informed me that the problem has been fixed by the technician 2 days back. I was like, ok, if that’s reallly happening i won’t be needing to make this call. And yes, the DSL light is still blinking.
So what’s going to happen is, the agent has logged another ticket to the technician to check the problem out today. And this time, i made sure to let the agent know that I’m expecting calls from the technician.
In case any of you inside TMNet Streamyx reads this – i’m not targetting you agents. I know that you are just doing your job. And I’m just doing mine – keeping you in the job. I’m in this line of business, too, in case you guys are wondering. And I know how far I can go. I don’t like to push, and I hope I don’t have to.
