Streamyx case# 6338925 – Day 6

Amazingly, my Internet connection is still going strong. Maybe I shouldn’t have thrown books at them in the first place. Maybe their service has really improved.

But it’s nothing to proud of. If you have followed my Streamyx predicament, you’ll noticed that they still have staffs that needs softskill or at least customer service skills training. Definitely still a lot needed to be done.

Now – should i continue to pursue with my case on this? Should i resign Streamyx and go for Maxis?
