I heart my digital camera. Yes - i’m using an old but trusty Canon A80. Point and shoot, if you must. But could do pretty much manually as well. I have always wanted to get a proper digital SLR like Nikon D3 - which, costs a bomb - the fact that I get a total control of the camera and the lenses intrigued me.

You somehow get different kind of respect when holding one of those proper d-SLR - you get the model’s attention faster. I got that experience first hand when I attended the SuperGT and i seem to have hard time getting the GT queens to look at me with my small, old Canon A80.

By writing paid posts (and other online ventures), i hope to be able to save enough money to get one before next year’s SuperGT. The one that I’d like to get? Nikon D300. Enough for me. Let’s see if I’ll be able to get it next year
