Let’s do some thinking today. Yes, i know it’s kinda late, but you can always thought about this when you sleep as well. What do i need you to think? Let’s see….. here’s the scenario:
You own a cafe, say, the type where it’s open till midnight, and it’s air-conditioned. Your cafe is a self-service one, where the customer would need to walk up to the counter to order food, take and find their seats. It’s 10pm, and there’s not much customers left. Your staffs were busy with their stuffs - the cashiers with their counters, your back kitchen busy counting stocks - and you are kinda busy checking the daily earning as well. Let’s just say that you are busy, but the restaurant is not.
Then walked in 2 customers - one holding a backpack - and they go straight to their seats. The one with the backpack proceeded to unpack her bag, revealing some documents. Then the 2 start talking, oblivious to the customer and their surrounding. From your first glance, it looked like the one holding the documents was trying to push something, probably direct-selling products or some self defense products, to her friend. You may be wrong, but they have been there for almost an hour, and still no orders from them.
If you are the cafe owner, what would you do? Some random observation made earlier today.

1Ooops… This is touchy…
Usually, I would have the courtesy to ask if the restaurant/cafe were still serving food. Especially when it is close to 9pm when the kitchen is close to closing time.
If I were the cafe owner, I’d guess I would have to pluck up some courage and inform the customer that the cafe is about to close but would also ask them if they wanted a drink? Hmmm…
If you’re not customer, just leave already by Blog @ ashotiwoth.com
