2 days to a whole new year. Or was it 1 day? Whichever you chose, it’s really up to you. But what matters is have you achieved what you intended to do this year? And more importantly, have you been a better person while doing whatever you wanted to do? Seriously speaking, what have you achieved this year that you could be proud of?

Me? I’m just happy i don’t have to be doing business performance management review for my people anymore. Imagine having to write 10-20 reviews in like 2 weeks, and each and every one of it has to be unique. And oh, while the results are easy to come by, it’s the comments and the other non-metrics review that’s taking up much of the time. While i don’t know yet if I took the correct choice leaving my earlier job, i’m enjoying whatever i’m currently doing. A bit hectic, yes, but at the moment, i’m still pretty much learning the business.

I haven’t have any new year resolutions for some time now. I don’t know - i guessed new year resolutions are for losers (sorry people!). What i do is to tell myself to better whatever i did in the past year. Means, if i were to achieve anything, it has to be better than what i have got the year before. So there goes - this year is kinda a blast, and i certainly looked forward to this brand new year.
