Last day of 2007
Last day in 2007. Is it really a big deal? I guessed it really isn’t a big deal for me – at least not anymore. Else, would you think you’d be able to see me online blogging away? 2008 is just moments away – not really, countries like Japan has 2008 upon them already by now. On TV, there’s stuffs on TV, and i can imagine how jammed the road would be, with all these people going to places for the New Year’s countdown.
A new year’s coming, and that means that my age’s gonna add another year. Which means, if i were to ask for term life insurance quotes in 2008, the price would have gone up by quite a bit. Yes – that bad. But it doesn’t matter, because i already have mine in place.
Some things that i heard earlier today before blogging this was there’s rumour of petrol price hike. As much as 40 cents! I was like, yeah right, as if the government’s gonna increase the price now, with the rumours of elections coming around. And besides, even if the news’ true (which turns out to be just rumours – the minister in-charge confirms there’s no petrol price hike), i have just filled up my tanks earlier today. I figure out that it won’t save me much anyway, if i have just less-than-full petrol tank. Let’s just not do any calculations here.
Whatever it is, probably it’s best if i get a motorcycle and use it for short-distance travel, like to market and stuffs. Hmm….
