My place is practically like a warzone now. Wait… practically almost anywhere in Penang tonight is like a warzone. Why? Tonight is the 8th day of Chinese New Year, and the Hokkiens are celebrating Thnee Kong Seah (Birthday of the Sky God Jade Emperor) – correct me if i’m wrong ar as I’m not Hokkien. Oh wait – i’m not even Chinese. Hehehe…
As if there’s no law in Malaysia that the fireworks being banned. I don’t know – Chinese New Year (or rather, Chinese New Year days till Chap Goh Meh) doesn’t really sound complete without fireworks. It’s just not right. Hmm… i’ll have to delay my sleep a bit tonight to let the warzone settle down a bit. 12 midnight would be worst. I guessed if i really have to sleep, i have to read up some medicare part d article and see what medicine i can hentam.
