What if…

What would really happened now if:

  • I took the job in Exxonmobil 5 years back.
  • I bought a Civic instead.
  • I got my own place earlier.
  • I could go overseas and work.
  • I am still single now.
  • I didn’t took this new job and stayed in wherever i was 6 months back.

What am I crapping again this time? That I didn’t get some Gamefly coupons for my PS2 games? Would you even care?

Then you would have a problem of too much money to spend and nowhere to spend now, so you will give away some to your needy friends like me, of which then I would truly owe you my life.. maybe I will vote for you in the election if you are contesting.

* I bought a Civic instead.

Then you would pay through your ass for the fuel consumption and the loan repayments.

* I got my own place earlier.

Then you would have kids earlier cause what do 2 people staying in one place all by themselves and all bored do? they make kids…

* I could go overseas and work.

Take me with you!!!

* I am still single now.

Do I smell some regret in getting married?

* I didn’t took this new job and stayed in wherever i was 6 months back.

Then you will still be stuck in the same shithole and complaining about it for the last 6 months, then writing this blog thinking what it would be if you would have changed jobs 6 months ago.

Life is a cycle.. and the grass, no matter what people say, is always greener on the other side.. not necessary sweeter..

neeshen dude – i was about to write something when i saw your comments pending moderation. i was just going thru that what-if moments and try thinking. seriously – i dunno what would happen should i chose to stay in PFS when i was offered a place in RMC back in Form 4?

anyway – it’s not like having more money hurts……….right? :)

the more what if’s you think, the more you get sucked in the past. Enjoy the present.

If you were still with us in PFS, you would miss out on some of your friends in RMC.

simple as that..

neeshen – hehe… saja only… it’s called reminiscing the past ma… anything happened for a reason. Whatever the reason may be, it surely for the best, right? :)
