No to heart attack
Heart attack – mention that phrase, and everybody will start to shiver and wished that they don’t have the condition. Besides, who would wished that themselves would get that kind of disease? But then again, how would you protect yourself and your loved one from getting one? Or better still – educate yourself on what will happen if heart attack were to happen to any of your loved ones.
Let see – how can Heart Attack affects you and your loved ones? Ermm.. heart stops, you hold your chest in pain, your work stop, all your loved ones stop working and run over to you. Tragic, right? So, learn how to avoid getting one and save everybody a big headache.
